Hernia Surgery Delphi project
The Scottish Surgical Research Group (SSRG) in collaboration with the British Hernia Society are undertaking a Delphi process to identify the highest priority areas in future hernia surgery research. The aim is to identify clinically relevant hernia questions and encourage high-quality, patient-centred research.
Conducted over three rounds, research questions have been collated during the first round, with prioritisation of those questions in round 2. Round 3 involves a final round of prioritisation before deciding upon the final list of prioritised questions.
We invite and welcome the contributions of hernia surgery stakeholders in this process. Patients are actively encouraged to take part in this study. Please follow us on Twitter for regular updates @hernia_delphi.
