Mo Atif is a General Surgery Registrar in the West Midlands. He was a former Academic Clinical Fellow at the University of Birmingham and has a PhD in Transplant Immunology from the Sorbonne. He has led research in both Basic Science and Applied Health Research. His scientific interests are in organ/tissue regeneration as well as cellular therapies. As a member of the BHS Research Sub-Committee, he will continue supporting high-quality research within the field of Hernia Surgery.
